Ozone Finish Technology

Traditional garment finishing uses thousands of liters of water and harsh chemicals to achieve washed, vintage, or softened effects. Our ozone process replaces water with activated oxygen — a gas that naturally breaks down after use, leaving zero chemical residue and zero wastewater.

How It Works

Ozone Generation

Atmospheric oxygen is converted into ozone (O₃) using controlled electrical discharge.

Garment Treatment

Garments are placed in a sealed chamber where ozone is circulated at precise temperatures.

Surface Transformation

Ozone oxidizes the fiber surface, creating unique textures, fading effects, and enhanced softness.

Clean Decomposition

After treatment, ozone naturally reverts to oxygen — no chemicals, no waste, no water.
