• —Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required.
• —We reserve the right to limit order quantities and refuse service.
• —Product images are representative; slight color variations may occur due to screen differences.

02Bespoke Orders

• —Bespoke garments are custom-made to your measurements and are non-returnable.
• —Pricing is fixed per garment type and fabric selection, calculated at checkout.
• —Production begins after order confirmation and payment.
• —Estimated delivery for bespoke orders is 4–6 weeks from payment confirmation.
• —Body measurements provided are your responsibility; please measure carefully.

03AI Try-On & Credits

• —The AI virtual try-on feature uses credits that can be purchased or earned.
• —New accounts receive 1 complimentary credit upon registration.
• —Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• —AI-generated images are for personal visualization only.
• —We do not guarantee that AI try-on results will exactly match the final product.

04Payment & Security

• —Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details.
• —All transactions are encrypted using TLS 1.3.
• —We accept major credit/debit cards.

05Shipping & Delivery

• —Free shipping on orders over €100.
• —International shipping times vary by destination (typically 5–15 business days).
• —Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
• —We are not responsible for carrier-related delays or lost packages after handoff to the carrier.

06Returns & Exchanges

• —Ready-made items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
• —Bespoke (custom-made) items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• —Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item is defective.
• —Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

08Limitation of Liability

True Base 96 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
